What data we process
- Contact form and email: name, email address and the content of your message.
- Projects: contact details, invoicing details, and photo, video and audio recorded during an assignment.
Why
To answer your question, prepare a quote, carry out an assignment and meet legal (tax) obligations. Legal basis: performance of a (future) contract, legal obligation, or your consent.
How long we keep data
Messages that don’t lead to an assignment are kept for a maximum of 2 years. Invoicing and administrative records are kept for 7 years (legal requirement). Project files are kept as long as needed for the assignment and any follow-up delivery.
Photos and videos
Images in which people are recognisable are only published in our portfolio or on social media with permission. Want an image removed? Email [email protected].
Sharing with third parties
We never sell data. We only use service providers needed to run the website and our services (such as hosting, email and security), under agreements that protect your data.
Cookies and embedded content
We do not use tracking or marketing cookies. Our website contains embedded content from third parties: Google Maps (Google) and a Google reviews widget (Trustindex). These parties may process data and set cookies; see their own privacy policies. You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, transfer and object to the processing of your data. Send your request to [email protected]; we respond within one month. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
